This website (www.nangangerpayments.com) is operated by Nanganger Payments, a sole-proprietor consultancy owned by Michael de Jong. Michael de Jong is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement.

What personal data we process
We process personal data only when you contact us. Specifically:
- Contact details you provide when you email us: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (TransIP B.V., Netherlands) records standard technical data when your browser requests a page, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser type, and referring page. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
We do not collect any other personal data through this website. There are no contact forms, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts.
Why we process it
- Contact and correspondence: we use the personal data you send us to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any business relationship that follows. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (AVG Art. 6(1)(b)), or your consent by initiating the contact (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs: we and our hosting provider process technical log data on the legal basis of legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of our website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
- Email correspondence: retained for as long as the business relationship or inquiry is active, and thereafter for up to seven years in accordance with Dutch tax and administrative record-keeping obligations.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider according to their standard retention policy (typically up to 30 days).
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We only share personal data with our hosting provider (TransIP B.V.) insofar as necessary to host and operate the website. TransIP is based in the Netherlands and processes data within the European Union.
We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any other tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies necessary for the basic functioning and security of the site. These do not track your activity across other websites.
Your rights
Under the AVG (GDPR), you have the following rights concerning your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15): request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of your data.

- Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7) at any time, where processing is based on consent.
